Mission commences at the eastern edge of the Aranda de Duero municipality in Spain. The corridor to the objective traverses varied terrain, initially following rolling hills and open plains before transitioning into more rugged, elevated sectors. This route presents a consistent, moderate challenge. Initial ascents are met with periods of steady cruising, interspersed with technical climbing sectors that demand sustained effort. Transitions between ascents and descents are generally smooth, allowing for periods of flowing rhythm. This route is not for the faint of heart, or anyone who values clean gear.
